The I-105 Fall Fest in Lancaster, Pennsylvania began as a small, community-focused autumn celebration hosted by local radio station I-105 at Long's Park. What started as a modest gathering—built around live country music, food vendors, and family-friendly fun—quickly became a beloved regional tradition. Over the years, the festival has grown into a major annual event, drawing thousands from across Central Pennsylvania to enjoy top-tier musical acts, local artisans, interactive activities, and the unmistakable spirit of Lancaster County in the fall.

To enter, visit the Helm Construction booth at Fall Fest 2026, call us to request an estimate and ask to be entered for a chance to win, or fill out the entry form located at the top of this page. Entry is free and there will be two winners selected. The spring giveaway is accepting applicants from April 1st through May 31st. The winner will be selected June 1st. The fall giveaway will begin on August 5th and run through the event. The winner will be selected and announced during the festival taking place on October 4, 2026.

What does the roofing and siding givaway prize cover?
The prize includes a complete roof or siding replacement for a single-family home up to a $10,000 value, covering materials and labor. Helm Construction will arrange a consultation with the winner to evaluate the roof and schedule the installation at a convenient time.
